WATCHMEN was the final film of the panel, and what everyone was waiting for. Director Zach Snyder came out, alone, and just discussed the project in extremely candid terms for what seemed like 30 mins.
The film is going to be R-rated.
He’s going to do the same as he did adapting ’300′, taking scenes directly from the graphic novel.
They are building a lot of sets up in Vancouver and are going to try to do most things practically.
He wants to film the ‘Tales of The Black Freighter’ story, but hasn’t yet received the go ahead for a budget on it.
He has it scripted and he really wants to do it.
