How To Save Flash Videos From YouTube

In Mac OSX Safari:
Open the Activity & Download windows.
When the video loads, check the activity window – you’ll see there’s one url that loads the full mb’s of the video.
Copy that line and paste into the Download wimdow.
Once downloaded, give the saved file the extension .flv
